We select top-quality PP/PE raw materials from both domestic and international sources to ensure the color, toughness, and anti-aging properties of the lawn from the source, laying the foundation for a long service life.
Imported precision equipment is used for grass fiber drawing and twisting, precisely controlling the width, thickness and twist of the grass fibers to give the lawn a uniform and delicate texture.
Using an intelligent high-speed weaving machine, tufting is woven with constant tension to ensure uniform straw density, stable backing, and prevent fraying.
Environmentally friendly, high-strength styrene-butadiene latex is used, and it is applied evenly through a quantitative scraping technique to firmly bond the straw fibers to the base fabric, forming a stable whole.
The curing time and temperature are precisely controlled in a constant temperature and humidity drying channel to achieve optimal adhesive strength and elasticity, resulting in stable performance.
The finished turf undergoes precise trimming, weed removal, and combing to ensure that the grass fibers stand upright and the surface is smooth, achieving a perfect appearance before leaving the factory.
We adhere to strict standards for upright stacking to prevent products from deforming due to long-term compression, ensuring that every roll of lawn arrives in your hands looking as good as new.
